The project’s success lies in its balance: the Grand Axis provides the necessary openness, flow, and visibility, while the integration of squares and circles gives the design a subtle complexity that feels timeless and restrained. By consolidating circulation and using spatial openness as a linking tool, the design avoids the traditional pitfalls of compartmentalization, creating a living experience that is unified, luxurious, and deeply connected to the surrounding environment.

This approach of leveraging classic proportions, symmetry, and an interplay of basic geometric forms ensures that the house achieves the client’s vision of a timeless, subdued residence that fits harmoniously within its context without becoming overly bold or signature-driven.
