We’re Hiring — Senior Architect / Project Manager
Al-Humaidhi Architects is seeking a Senior Architect / Project Manager to join our team in Kuwait.
We’re looking for someone who combines design sensitivity with leadership, coordination, and calm precision, someone who can guide a project from the first sketch to the final site review.

This role sits at the heart of that dialogue, managing communication between design, client, and construction to ensure that what’s built truly reflects what was imagined.
Lead projects through every stage — concept, design development, working drawings, tender, and construction.
Act as the main point of contact between client, consultants, and the internal team.
Participate in presentations and client meetings; ensure the concept aligns with intent and expectation.
Coordinate across disciplines: architecture, interiors, structure, MEP, landscape, home automation, and lighting.
Manage and review DD and WD packages, ensuring precision, completeness, and design integrity.
Oversee production teams, review BOQs for alignment, and support tendering and supervision.
Liaise with site teams to resolve RFIs and maintain project continuity through execution.
Scope of Work
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture (preferred).
7 to 10 years’ professional experience in architecture or project management.
Proven ability to lead design-driven projects independently, from concept to completion.
Strong coordination and communication skills; able to manage multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (Revit familiarity is preferred).
Experience in high-end residential architecture is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
